BALTIMORE, Md. (July 17, 2012)-The Lady Bears basketball team will head to the road for the first time during the 2012-13 campaign, when they visit George Mason on Friday, Nov. 16 in Fairfax, Va.
The contest will be the first between the two teams since the 2000-01 season, a 71-48 victory by George Mason in the season opener in 2000. The Patriots have won the past four meetings and hold a 7-1 series advantage.
Last season George Mason finished 15-16 overall, 8-10 in the Colonial Athletic Association under head coach Jeri Porter.
