Jamine Bugg came off the bench and scored a team-high 15 points, while Demetria Frank and Sarah Bolden added 13 and 12 points, respectively, to lead the sixth-seeded Lady Wildcats to a 63-52 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference quarterfinal win over No. 3 Morgan State on Thursday afternoon at the Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum.   

Playing in their final home game at Hill Field House, Corin Adams, scored 16 of her game-high 20 points in the first half and fellow senior Kristina Rosario pulled down a game-high 14 rebounds to go with six points, as Morgan State defeated crosstown rival Coppin State, 65-56 in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference season finale on Thursday night.

Erin Hawkins came off the bench and scored a game- and career-high 23 points on 6-of-8 shooting, including 3-for-3 from three-point range, to lead Morgan State to a 73-69 upset victory over visiting North Carolina A&T on Monday evening in a Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference game at Hill Field House.

Morgan State begins its three-game home finale against the Spartans of Norfolk State in a Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference contest on Saturday, Feb. 27 at 2 p.m. This will be the 23rd meeting between the two teams with Spartans holding a 13-9 advantage. However, Morgan State has won the last six.
