BALTIMORE, MD. – The Morgan State Bears have announced their 2012 football schedule, which features six road games, five home contests and three non-conference matchups.
MSU, who went 5-6 in 2011 in coach Donald Hill-Eley's 10
th season, open 2012 at Hughes Stadium against Sacred Heart on Sept. 1. The Bears' nonconference schedule also includes a road contest against Buffalo on Sept. 8 and at Akron on Sept. 15.
Following an open date, the Bears will begin Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference play in Greensboro (N.C.) against North Carolina A&T on Sept. 29.
The Bears will host North Carolina Central (Homecoming), Delaware State, Bethune-Cookman and Hampton at home, while traveling to Savannah State, Howard and the reigning MEAC champs of Norfolk State.
