Women's tennis fell to George Mason, 7-0 on Tuesday afternoon.
Men's Tennis: George Mason 4, Morgan State 3
FAIRFAX, Va. (April 7, 2009)—The Morgan State women's tennis team not only had to battle host George Mason, but had to battle the frigid temperatures on Tuesday afternoon. In the end, the Lady Bears were dealt a 7-0 non-conference loss to the Patriots.
George Mason, which blanked an opponent for the fifth time this season, improved to 8-10 with the win, while Morgan State fell to 5-8 on the season.
The Lady Bears return to action on Saturday, April 11, when they travel to Brooklyn, N.Y. to take on St. Francis-N.Y. in a non-conference match at noon.
